Broom-clean is the standard handover state in most rental and sale contracts: the home is empty, floors are swept or vacuumed and no waste or loose contents remain. A deep clean — windows, bathroom, kitchen — is not included, but can often be added.
As a standalone final visit after a clearance or move, a broom-clean handover costs around € 150 to € 550, depending on the size and state of the home. Combined with a complete clearance it is often already included — check the quote.
Useful for the final inspection: ask the company for photos of the empty home. That puts you in a strong position at the key handover.
